Minimum Charge $200.00 per night (for smaller groups)


When per night cost is above $200, the per person rate applies

  • School camps – $14 per student | $20 per adult
  • Community Groups – Hall hire may apply + $14 per student/child | $20 per adult | Under 5’s free
  • Private Bookings – Hall hire + $300 refundable bond + $14 per child | $20 per adult / night
  • Day groups – Hall hire may apply + $7 per head if using the grounds and toilet facilities.

  1. Email our booking officer at to inquire about park availability.
  2. When a possible date has been established your booking will be ‘pencilled’ into our calendar as a tentative booking.
  3. The booking officer will email a ‘Confirmation Booking Form’ which has application and payment details.
  4. Once this booking form has been completed and returned along with the deposit, then your booking will be secured.

Please contact phone 021 0551755, with numbers attending, so that they can prepare your invoice at least 24 – 12 hours prior to departure, and arrange a time to be checked out.

It is imperative that things be left as clean and as tidily as it was on your arrival.

We ask that you vacate the premises no later than 12pm so as to allow time for preparation for the next visit.
